A deposit of 20% will be required on booking, this deposit is non-refundable should a cancellation be necessary.

We no longer take payments by credit card, please pay by cheque to cover the deposit and cash or cheque for the balance upon arrival. Please accept our apologies for this change and hope it does not cause too much inconvenience.

Single occupancy charge of £5.00 per person, per night

No children under the age of 16

No smoking

No pets

Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible, any major damage may be charged for.
